Microsoft Dynamics Partner Full Rebranding

The Client

Votiva are the leading Microsoft Dynamics partner is South East Asia, and are in the top 5% of Microsoft partners world-wide. They have multiple regional offices and over 80 active clients, many of which are famous brands. They have over 150 Dynamics professional on board and over 250 Dynamics implementations since they started.

The Challenge

Votiva had not updated their website and brand since their inception 8 years before this project started, and they were expanding rapidly to new markets where their brand was not known, and so first impression counted more than ever.

Votiva tasked Whisper & Company with a complete rebranding, and also with the development of a cutting edge responsive website to inform clients, and drive sales via online channels.

Our Approach

We decided to strive for a fast moving design process of running through many iterations of concept design, with weekly sit downs to decide on the best directions. We created over 200 logo variations over the course of a month , and eventually we settled on a distinctive typographical logo with a unique stamp icon, and the continued use of the old brand colour of green.

However, the design team felt that something was missing, and that this look was not dynamic enough. After some brainstorming sessions, we decided to integrate the Microsoft Dynamics colour scheme into the Votiva branding, as that is the only software product they work with.

The result was a unique background that is used in all media and also within the logo itself, to give a clear focus to the new brand.

With that done, our designers and engineers started working on the new website, and the results were awesome.

The Results

In the space of two months, Whisper & Company managed to completely reimagine the Votiva brand for the modern age, and gave them the best possible start in their quest to expand into new markets.

A Stunning New Brand

Votiva came away with a beautiful and modern brand that effectively communicates their passion for Microsoft Dynamics. Every signle aspect of the brand was considered, and every detail carefully examined, so that everything from the company brochure to the business card reached a world-class standard.

A Jaw-Dropping Website

We launched a beautiful new mobile-responsive website for Votiva which enables them to effectively capture new leads, and inform potential customers of their service offerings, and also allow them to register for Votiva events.

A Superb Launch Event for a new market

Votiva had a hugely successful event in conjunction with Microsoft at the Sofitel in Phnom Penh, to mark the entry into a new market for Microsoft Dynamics. Whisper & Company supported the event by designing custom invitations, and all the event materials for the guests.

Significant increase in Search Engine Rankings

Votiva now come first in the search results for "Microsoft Dynamics Partner in South East Asia", and that is to be expected, as they are the leading Microsoft Dynamics partner in the region, and now they have a digital presence that reflects this.

Whisper & Company advised on best practices, and gave the tools required to analyse the content of the website to make sure that target keywords had special consideration.
